The shelter is always in need of supplies for the animals. We have donation boxes on the west side of the building in the parking lot, or bring them inside anytime from 1-4PM.
Pet Supply Needs
- Dog Kibble, Purina Dog Chow preffered
- Cat/kitten Kibble, Purina, Friskies, Iams
- Canned food
- Tuna in water
- We will take bags of food that have been opened, however it must be in its original container and cannot be expired
- Gift cards to grocery, pet supply, home improvement, office supply or auto part stores
- Cardboard Cage scratchers for cats
- 4 ft. slip leashes
- Kongs (all sizes especially larger ones)
- Cat toys
- Catnip
- Cat Tree
- Meaty dog treats
- Cat treats
- Rawhides / Pig Ears
- Canned pumpkin
- Hotdogs (great for giving dogs medications!)
- Dog toys (soft plush, ropes, etc.)
- Cardboard Cat Carrier
- New or used cat/dog beds
Cleaning Supply Needs
- Bleach (Clorox preferred for sanitizing)
- Clorox disinfecting wipes
- Dish soap
- Laundry detergent
- Dryer Sheets
- Sponges and scrub pads/ Magic Erasers
- Paper towels
- Tissues
- Ziplock bags (all sizes, especially quart size)
Other Supply Needs
- Batteries (AA, AAA, D, and 9-volt)
- Postage - letter and postcard
- Office supplies
- New or used blankets, towels, washcloths (no comforters, bedspreads, sheets or pillows, please. Those can be donated to the Hope Center in Scottsbluff, near the Post Office)
